Self-improvement

If someone corrects you or gives you feedback, no matter how inappropriate you think their approach is, always appreciate them.
It means they're concerned about you and just want to see you improve.
Those who tolerate us or let us do whatever we think is right are not our friends.
They'd rather see us fail and continue to do things the wrong way since our growth isn't in their best interests.
Not everyone has the guts to tell us the truth and sometimes, those who criticise us are the ones who care.
So drop your ego and acknowledge your weak points!
