If we want to live happy and calm...

1. Don't compare with others - we don't know the trials and tribulations of life they went through.

2. Don't think negative over matters we can't control - instead focus on what we have: time, money etc and matters we can positively be able to settle.

3. Don't do things beyond our capability - that's too obsessed.

4. Don't be too emotional - ignore any sarcasm, criticism or cold response.

5. Don't waste time on unhealthy or baseless gossips - you have much better and useful things to do.

6. Don't put off any problems - overcome them and stress free of yourself.

7. Don't envy people - most dreams can come true if you try your best.

8. Don't keep grudges - past is past. It only hurts your happiness.

9. Don't hate anyone - life is short.

10. Don't belittle yourself - count your blessings.

11. Don't blame people for your unhappiness - you are the one to strive for joy.

12. Don't be discouraged by failure - life is like a school. You need to work hard and not easily give up.

13. Don't sorrow yourself - laughter is the best medicine.

14. Don't expect every win in every debate or argument - be reasonable.
