Tension

The moment you are in TENSION
You will lose your ATTENTION
Then you are in total CONFUSION
And you will feel IRRITATION
Then you will spoil PERSONAL RELATION
Ultimately you won't get COOPERATION
Then you will make things COMPLICATION
Then your blood pressure may also rise to CAUTION
Then you may have to take MEDICATION
Instead understand the SITUATION
And try to think about the SOLUTION
Many problems can be solved by DISCUSSION
Which work out better in your PROFESSION
Don't think it's my free SUGGESTION
It is only for your PREVENTION
If you understand my INTENTION
You will never come again to TENSION!

Life Quotes

I'm not "HANDSOME", but i can give my "HAND" to "SOME" one who needs help.
Beauty is in the heart, not on the face.
- Swami Vivekananda

Pegang cermin selalu untuk selalu lihat kesalahan diri sendiri, bukan pegang kanta pembesar untuk lihat kesalahan orang lain.
[Always hold the mirror to see your own fault, instead of holding the magnifier to see other people's faults.]
- Prof Muhaya

Good morning LIFE messages

Ignore those people who talk about you behind your back: that's where they belong - behind your back!

The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.

We always feel that life of others is better than us, but we always forget that we are also others for someone else.

The more you value and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.

Life is best for those who are enjoying it...
Difficult for those who are comparing it...
Worst for those who are criticizing it...
Your own attitude defines your life...
So enjoy life for each moment.

If you can imagine it, you can achieve it.
If you can dream it, you can become it.

Beautiful things happen in your life when you distance yourself from all the negative things.

Power and money are fruits of life, but family and friends are roots of life!
We can manage without fruits, but can never stand without roots...

We don't need everything to enjoy life...
We already have LIFE to enjoy everything.

Start everyday with a new hope, leave bad memories behind, and have faith for a better tomorrow.

Life is like a sea.
We are moving without an end.
Nothing stays with us.
What remains is just the memories of some people who touched us as waves...

No candle loses its light while lighting another candle.
Never stop sharing, caring and helping others, because it makes our life more meaningful.

Let's be positive

If you fail, never give up because F.A.I.L. means "First Attempt In Learning"
End is not the end, in fact E.N.D. means "Effort Never Dies"
If you get No as an answer, remember N.O. means "Next Opportunity"
So let's be positive!

Good Morning Messages

Never change your originality for the sake of others. Because no one can play your role better than you. So be yourself. You are the best.

Con't carry your mistakes around with you. Instead, place them under your feet and use them as stepping stones to rise above them!

Silence and Smile are two powerful tools. Smile is the way to solve many problems and Silence is the way to avoid many problems.

Whatever makes you feel bad, leave it. Whatever makes you smile, keep it.

We all deserve to have a great day. Start the day with a grateful heart. Go through your day with contentment and positivity. Put LOVE in everything you do, and always BELIEVE that a bit of MIRACLE is waiting for you somewhere behind the radiant sunlight.

LIFE is too short to argue and fight. Count your blessings, value your friends and move on with your head held high and a smile for everyone.

Time is like a river. You cannot touch the same water twice because the flow that has passed will never pass again.

Nurse reveals the top 5 regrets people make on their deathbed 一名护士告诉你:临终病人最后悔的5件事

By Bronnie Ware (who worked for years nursing the dying)

1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

This was the most common regret of all. When people realise that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people have had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made.

It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. From the moment that you lose your health, it is too late. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.

2. I wish I didn't work so hard.

This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children's youth and their partner's companionship. Women also spoke of this regret. But as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence.

By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. And by creating more space in your life, you become happier and more open to new opportunities, ones more suited to your new lifestyle.

3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.

Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result.

We cannot control the reactions of others. However, although people may initially react when you change the way you are by speaking honestly,in the end it raises the relationship to a whole new and healthier level. Either that or it releases the unhealthy relationship from your life. Either way, you win.

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved.Everyone misses their friends when they are dying.

It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. But when you are faced with your approaching death, the physical details of life fall away. People do want to get their financial affairs in order if possible. But it is not money or status that holds the true importance for them. They want to get things in order more for the benefit of those they love. Usually though, they are too ill and weary to ever manage this task. It is all comes down to love and relationships in the end. That is all that remains in the final weeks, love and relationships.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called 'comfort' of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have sillyness in their life again.

When you are on your deathbed, what others think of you is a long way from your mind. How wonderful to be able to let go and smile again, long before you are dying.

最近有一篇文章在Facebook, twitter上频频被转,Nurse reveals the top 5 regrets people make on their deathbed,它的原文是一名叫Bronnie Ware的护士写的。

A message from George Carlin

Isn't it amazing that George Carlin - comedian of the 70's and 80's - could write something so very eloquent...and so very appropriate.

A message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider freeways but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgement, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbour. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

There are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete...

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.

And always remember:

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

- George Carlin
